BEGIN YOUR Recovery JOURNEY.
Inclusive care and Body Respect
I provide affirming, trauma-informed care for individuals and families navigating eating disorders— including those whose experiences may not fit the stereotypes often seen in mainstream narratives.
My work is grounded in a Health at Every Size approach, which means I reject weight stigma and center the belief that bodies of all sizes, races, genders, and abilities deserve care, dignity, and nourishment. I focus on building body respect and I support clients in developing a more compassionate relationship with food, movement, and embodiment.
I work with:
Anorexia Nervosa
Bulimia
Binge-Eating Disorder
Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder
OSFED (Other Specified Eating Disorders)
Compulsive Exercise
Body image distress and body dysmorphia
recovery in higher-weight bodies
ED recovery in trans and queer individuals
Support post-treatment (RES, PHP, IOP)
Family Based Treatment (FBT)
When a child or adolescent is struggling with an eating disorder, the whole family is impacted. I offer Family Based Treatment (FBT), an evidence-based model that empowers caregivers to take an active role in their child’s recovery. I work closely with families to support meal support, weight restoration, and the gradual return of independence.
What FBT Involves:
Caregivers take the lead in re-nourishing their child
Focus on reducing ED behaviors and restoring physical health
Developmentally appropriate return of independence around food and body
Support for emotional processing as caregivers
Stepping Down From Higher Levels of Care
If you or your loved one are transitioning out of a higher level of care, such as residential, PHP, or IOP— I offer structured, compassionate support to help bridge the gap. Stepping down can bring up a mix of relief, anxiety, and uncertainty. Toegther, we’ll build on the work you’ve already done, strengthen your recovery foundation, and support you in navigating life outside of treatment. I collaborate closely with other providers when needed and tailor care to meet you where you are— whether that means continuing meal support, re-engaging in daily life, or deepening emotional processing in a more flexible setting.
At this time, I accept clients stepping down from residential treatment on a case-by-case basis, depending on current level of stability, ongoing provider support, and overall clinical fit. If you’re unsure whether this is the right next step, I’m happy to schedule a consultation to explore it together.
